This place has been my go-to lunch spot for the last 3 years. It's a great mom and pop place with awesome East Coast style pizza you can get by the slice or whole. Can't beat 2 slices and a drink for under 10.
I have been eating pizza in San Diego since 1978. Knockout serves some of the best tasting pizzas in the entire city. The staff is always friendly and your order is prepared with care. This is New York pizza. The dough is fresh and the toppings are plentiful. Everything is made with an Italian flair to it. Very tasty and well worth the visit
My first time, and I will definitely be back! The ranch for the salad is most definitely handmade and delicious! Has the perfect kick of seasonings, and the salad was the perfect size for lunch with 2 slices. The pizza is a literal throwback to my trips in New York. Thin crust with plenty of cheese...and an edge thats crispy and doughy at the same time. The after taste on your lips lets you know it was flavored just right and leaves you wanting another slice! Pretty great deal for 9 bucks! My next trip I will be trying the garlic knots...as I have a weakness for some doughy delicious knots. - cant go wrong folks...give em a try!
Been going for years now, employees are great, dont understand the issue with the owner many complain about. The pizzas are on point in my opinion, only complaint is a little oily, nice and crispy pizzas, good mixture of cheeses and sauces, and when reheated still as good as it was the first time, if not better since it has less of the oil (toaster oven).
This a regular lunch stop for me. Two slices and a soda for very reasonable price. Pizza variety is excellent, and they are all very tasty. The owner Raul is a great guy, and they have a really good product. We also have them cater our office quite often, and they never disappoint!
This is the second best pizza place I have found since leaving NY! Exactly how it made in NY!
